Gayle Lamm- President and Team Leader

In her role, Gayle manages the infrastructure supporting The Lamm & Logan Group. Her areas of responsibility include strategic planning, business development and human resources. She reviews sales contracts and legal paperwork related to the on-going operation of the team.

Gayle is very dedicated to helping her clients meet their financial goals. She has formed an investment club that has been extremely successful in inspiring her clients to diligently focus on becoming investors instead of consumers.

Gayle is very involved with her 3 children and 4 grandchildren. She loves spending time outdoors, going to the movies and listening to music. She is currently in the process of writing a book.

Buttons, Gayle’s dog, accompanies her to local hospitals and convalescent homes to provide special healing therapy for children and adults of all ages. She is also in the initial stages of forming a foundation to assist the elderly who are homeless, in living their last months of life in a warm and safe environment.

Lori Logan- Vice President, Seller and Relocation Specialist

Lori spear heads our Listing Department. She meets with people to discuss the current value of their home in preparation for sale. She also councils our clients on how to best stage their home for obtaining the best possible price. Lori combines empathy for her clients' needs with her tough negotiating skills. She understands the many emotions that people may experience when selling a home. And, she fights for the best deal possible on behalf of her clients.

Lori is a bundle of energy! Most people recognize her by her captivating smile and vivacious personality. Lori is married and has two children whom she absolutely adores. They give her the greatest joys and challenges in her life and she loves every minute of it.

Lori is quite the athlete. In her younger years she was a national artistic dance champion in roller skating; in 1987 she won the heavy weight division, best poser and most symmetrical at the Huntington Beach Bodybuilding Championship; in 1997 she joined "Team in Training" and ran in the California International Marathon (CIM), finishing under 5 hours and raising $6,200 for the Leukemia Society. Lori has served on the board for the Sacramento Children's Receiving Home, where she once lived. She continues to actively advocate the importance of this foundation.

Tracy Morris, Listing Agent

Tracy’s responsibility is to meet with our sellers, preview their home, discuss the most current value of their home, provide options available to them for marketing their home for sale and develop the appropriate strategies to meet our sellers goals and expectations.

Tracy is married with a 3 year old daughter who is the center of her life. She loves being a role model for her daughter and always strives to do her very best. Tracy loves to cook, entertain and golf whenever she can find the extra time. Two of her favorite past times are walking and spending time with her family.

Lisa Moore, Transaction Manager

Lisa works with our Listing Agents as well as our Buyer's Agents. She coordinates both our listing transactions for our Seller's and the escrow transactions for both Seller's and Buyers. Our clients love her because of the exceptional service she provides for them. Agents and vendors rave about her organizational skills. Her goal is to make sure every client has a professional and exceptional experience.

Lisa has been working in the real estate industry for 5 years. She loves to ski, ride motorcycle, bicycle and jet ski. She was born and raised in Placer County.

Gretchen Bradley, Builder Liaison

Gretchen has taken on a new, exciting roll as Builder Liaison. This position will revolutionize new home marketing by cementing a relationship between new home builders, The Lamm & Logan Group and our buyers.

It will allow buyers to look in one centralized location for all new homes and builders in the surrounding areas. The builders will get added exposure for their inventory and the comfort of knowing a strong, competent team is following up with the leads to ensure “no buyer is left behind”.

Gretchen has been in Real Estate lending for over 15 years. She began as a loan processor and has worked every desk in mortgage lending from setup, funding, marketing, secondary and several years in underwriting.

She is very familiar with buyer needs as well as has established many business relationships, which will help her to meet the needs of the clients. She is married to an Active Duty Army Officer and they are expecting their first child. She enjoys working out and spending time with her friends and family.
